How should I wash my shirt/sweatshirt?
Good question! We recommend washing the shirts and sweatshirts inside out. We do not recommend using hot water or ironing over printed areas. Since our clothes are made of natural fiber, putting them in the dryer may cause shrinking.
Ordering & Shipping
What do you use as packaging?
We use compostable mailers for small orders and cardboard boxes for larger orders. A piece of tissue paper is used to wrap the items. 100% of the materials used to package and ship our products are backyard compostable and biodegradable including any stickers or tape.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders take 2-4 days to be processed since we screen print each order ourselves. On average, shipping takes about 2-4 business days for USA orders. International orders can take 2-21 business days depending on shipping method selected.
Can I track my order?
If you want your order to be tracked, select a shipping method that includes tracking. Once your order has been processed, you will get an email with the tracking number. If you need assistance tracking your order, please let us know.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all USA orders $75+. Otherwise, shipping can vary from $2+ depending on your location and weight of your package. International orders are around $13, but can be less or more depending on your location and size of your order. Once you submit your address at checkout, you will be able to see the exact shipping cost and decide if you'd like to continue.
Do you cover customs, duties or taxes on international orders?
Unfortunately, we do not. When you purchase anything internationally, you are importing goods into your country and will be responsible for any extra charges associated with that. Every country has their own rules on importing goods. For example, if you live in Australia, you will usually have to pay extra charges if your purchase is AUD1000 or more. Please find out how much you'd be responsible for and if you are willing to pay the amount before making an international purchase. Usually, this information can be found with a simple Google search.
I need to make a change to my order. What do I do?
If you need to make any changes to an order, contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes after your order has been processed.

Can I make a return for any reason?
Yes! We accept returns on any unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Do you cover the cost of returns?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns at this time.
